Key Issue
Continue to enhance the aesthetics of our City
Being in the business of designing and developing Master Plan Communities, I place a big value on aesthetics. I really do think aesthetics impact people's pride of community and helps to increase property values. This community is getting older (some homes, buildings, and streets are 25 years old now) and we need to pay attention to how it is aging. Some areas I most concerned about are the loss of mature pine trees (due to disease), outdated signage around the city and the continued upkeep of all structures and infrastructure. I would like to see the City start to develop plans to address all of these concerns.
